Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Chicken Breast
  2. 1 Tsp Fresh Garlic
  3. 1 Tbsp. Salt
  4. 1 Tsp Pepper
  5. 1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
  6. 4 Buns
Instructions
  1. Place ground chicken in bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and form into four patties. Use cooking spray to coat a frying pan and cook on medium heat until cooked through (about 4-5 minutes on each side).

I have been looking for quick and easy recipes to help with my goal to lose 100 lbs. I recently discovered ground chicken breast and have been enjoying substituting it in my recipes. I started using it to make lettuce wraps and decided I’d give it a try with making burgers. The results have been pretty good. Ground chicken tends to be lighter than ground beef and ground turkey. So here’s a weeknight super easy and simple chicken burger recipe for about 10 points. I used a Brioche bun from Aldi’s which was 5 points but you can certainly cut the points value by using a different bun. Also, I used horse radish sauce as a condiment for an additional 1 point and since I was out of lettuce, I used spinach. This particular evening I had 18 points left for dinner so I also made baked fries to go along with my burger for a total of 15 points.

    1. Yes horse radish sauce can do that to you. Those are potatoes but but they are oven baked.
